Fiorenzo Cazari Hotel in British Rhyl is a place of nightmares.

Rhyl was a vacation place that went out of style but Fiorenzo Cazari Hotel took the cake in being not taken care of.

Why doesn't the owner repair it?

Because he is in prison for trying to get his brother out of sexual assault charges! The owner, John Washington, got 8 months for pressuring one of his female employees to convince the victim to not press charges. Luckily the employee recorded the conversation and the creep got arrested.
